Daniel’s Lodge is a fully accessible, 24/7 supported home in New Malden, offering spacious living in a Tudor-style setting. With five bedrooms, large lounges, gardens, and modern amenities, it’s designed for comfort and independence.
Located near shops, transport, and community services, the home provides personalised 1:1 support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical or mental health needs. Each resident receives tailored care to support daily life, education, activities, and community integration.

The Brandries
The Brandries is a fully accessible, 24/7 detached home offering six ensuite bedrooms, spacious lounges, and garden access. Located in a community setting, it includes a modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Sky TV throughout.
We provide personalised 1:1–2:1 support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical and sensory needs, and mental health challenges. Each resident is supported by a dedicated worker to assist with daily living, education, activities, appointments, and more.

Victory House
Victory House is a fully accessible, 24/7 supported Tudor-style home in New Malden, offering four spacious bedrooms, two lounges, gardens, and modern amenities including Wi-Fi and Sky TV.
Just a short walk from local shops and transport links, residents enjoy easy access to the wider community. We provide person-centred 1:1 support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical or mental health needs—helping each resident live an active, independent life.

it provides person-centred 1:1 support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs—helping residents live independently and fully engage with the community.

Jemima Place
Jemima Place is a fully accessible, 24/7 supported semi-detached home with three spacious studio flats, shared lounge, gardens, and full amenities including Wi-Fi and Sky TV.
Located near Beddington and Wallington town centres, it offers easy access to local services and transport links. Residents receive personalised 1:1 support tailored to their needs, empowering them to live independently and stay actively involved in the community.
